Have you ever wondered; is your business possibly losing sales because of your website? Some basic tracking will answer that question. However, there is more to it.
I wanted to share how a strong website, paired with the right tools, can really boost your manufacturing and distribution business.
If you think potential customers are clicking away before you even get a chance to connect, let us help you embed some tracking and see where the interest is and how to turn it into leads for your sales team.
What customers want and what an informative website delivers
Education > Research Information > Help choosing the right solution
Your website is often the first interaction potential customers have with your brand. A good website will do three things:
Solution Education: An informative website will give the visitor all the technical information they need to make a buying decision and more importantly push them to your sales database (CRM).
Solution Research: A good website will tell your sales team what the visitor compiled in their research stage – for example, what spec sheets, datasheets, manuals etc were downloaded.
Solution Selection: The ultimate step a website plays is less about the front end and more about what it reports back to your sales team. The website will tell your sales team, who visited, their position in the company, their company, their last social media posts, the documents they downloaded and more. A good salesperson can then use all this research to pick up the lead and move them through the sales journey to ongoing conversions.
I would like to show you the system we are using for our clients in the industry.
